Children under 14 years should be kept under
close supervision (Stud farms can be dangerous places).

No dogs without permission allowed on the
property.

In line with the new laws SMOKING is not
allowed.

Access to the stable yard only with
permission, or supervised by us.

We require the horse to be wormed prior
to visiting.

All mares visiting Brewhouse
Stud must have documented evidence of EVA, CEM and EIA tests before arrival.
Visiting mares will be wormed on arrival at a cost to the owner.

It is the responsibility of the owner to
deliver and collect the correct mare and its passport to Angels Grange,
including the loading and unloading along with a list of any
conditions medications or special dietary requirements.

No foal, free return 1st
October. Should the mare prove
barren she may return for free service in the following season (keep and
Veterinary expenses still payable).

Keep and expenses will be invoiced and that
invoice settled before or at time of collection of the mare.

Veterinary expenses will be invoiced directly
to the owner unless prior arrangement is made.

We advise Owners to have their mares
scanned at 16-18days to certify pregnancy and to check against the presence of
twins. Once certified pregnant it is deemed Brewhouse Stud has completed its
obligation.

Covering certificates will only be issued when
the account is paid in full.

Brewhouse Stud accepts no responsibility for
accident or disease, however every care will be taken.
